The video contest is designed to create awareness about student's breaking the stigma on substance abuse and suicide and how the Safe2Tell Wyoming tip line can help. The contest is open to Wyoming students in 9th through 12th grade. The deadline for submission is Monday, April 24, 2023 .  The winning team will be awarded $300. In addition, the school of the winning team will also receive $200. The contest prize money was made possible through funding that is provided by the Wyoming Department of Health's Mental Health and Substance abuse Division.
